Petition and the Report of the Guardian ad litem, and upon further consideration that no
responses were filed to the Citation and Rule issued on _August 7,2013,returnable within 20
days,to show cause why Curtiss Foaelsan�er should not be appointed Guardian of the Estates
of Adam Fogelsanger,Jordan Fogelsanger g Arianna Fogelsanger and Kyle Fo�elsanger9 minors,
for the purpose of receiving distributi�n to which the said minors are entitled in the Estate of A.
Barbara Fogelsanger, IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that Curtiss Fogelsanger is
appointed Guardian of the Estates of Adam Fogelsanger,Jordan Fogelsanger ,Arianna.
F'ogelsanger and Kyle Fogelsanger, minors,for the purpose of receiving distribution to which
