KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that we, Craig A. Basehore, 11, Michele M.
Sterner, individual,and Michele M. Sterner for her daughter, Shelby Grace Tuckey,a minor, being the
beneficiaries of Leona M. Kruger Estate,acknowledge that we have had and received of and from Jane
M. Alexander,Executrix of the Estate of the said Leona M.Kruger, deceased,all funds due from the
said Estate as set forth in the First and Final Account.
WHEREFORE, we do, by these presents, remise,release, quit-claim and forever discharge
the said,Jane M.Alexander,her heirs,assigns, Executors,of the duties of the trust imposed and from
all actions, suits, payments,accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason
thereof.
