2. Decedent, WENDY E. HOWES, whose last known address was 26 Kensington
Square, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, and, if known, whose age was 65 and the last four digits of

Addendum to Schedule H: Fee explanation.
The Executor fees charged in this matter represent the extraordinary work that has been required in the
administration of the estate. Because the deceased was found dead in her townhouse, the executor
had numerous meetings with the coroner over the course of 6 weeks before the administration could
begin. The deceased was a hoarder requiring a great deal of time spent sorting and determining the
best way to handle the personal property. Ultimately, the personal property was disposeci of through a
half dozen different auctions netting almost$50,000 for the estate. The most recent auction took place
only several weeks before the filing of the within return. In addition, the executor had to coordinate
the removal, sale and donation of hundreds of boxes of books, many of which had collection and
auction value. The Executor also coordinated the packaging and shipment out of state of personal items
to the deceased' children.
After the removal of the personal property, the Executor was faced with a house that required the
reconstruction of a bathroom, replacement of all floor surfaces and complete painting. <�fter
completion, the Executor was able to market and sell the house at top value.
During the course of administration,the executor located and liquidated numerous assets doubling the
size of what was initially thought to be a modest estate. He has had to coordinate the ancillary probate
of the estate in the State of Florida in order to value and transfer various time share units.
The estate administration is expected to continue for several years because of the pass through of
assets that will occur from the estate of the deceased's father, Alfred Howes. Although not taxable on
the return, the Executor continues to coordinate the power of appointment referred to in the will with
the trustee of the Alfred Howes' estate.
