THIS AGREEMENT made the I~°A~ day of FEBRUARY. 2002. by and between
G & C ASSOCIATES. 9400 Molly Pitcher Highway. Shippensburg. Pennsylvania. 17257.
hereinafter referred to as Contractor.
Michael J. Cassidy and Juiie A. Cassidy. husband and wife. of 315 Chesmut Circle.
Shippensburg. Pennsylvania 17257
hereinafter referred to as O~ner. whereby the framer undertook and agreed to erect and construct
certain building improvements
on that certain lot of ground situate in Dickinson Tovmship. Cumberland County.. Pennsylvania-
knox~ and numbered as 3 Rockwell Court. Shippensburg. Pennsylvania
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WlTNESSETH: That the said
Contractor. for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to
in hand paid by Owner. the receipt whereof is herebx' acknowledged, and the further
consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and
all parties acting through or under them. covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or
any of them under said contract or otherwise, for. towards, in. or about the erection and
co~slxuction of said buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contractor. for
themselves, their subcontractors, and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish
the right to have. file. and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or
any of them. and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien. shall be an independent
covenant.

NO LIEN AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into between:
Michael J. Cassidy 'CONTRACTOR' of 315 Chesnut Circle, Shippensburg, PA 17257 and
Michael J. Cassidy and Juiie A. Cassidy 'OWNERS' of 315 Chestnut Circle, Shippensburg, PA 17257
whereby the said contractor undertook and agreed to perform certain construction work and to provide
certain materials and perform certain work necessary to erect a dwelling for the price or sum of
$180,500.00 on owner's lot situated at 3 Rockwell Court, Carlisle, PA 17013.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, That the said contractor for and in
consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the said owners, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and further consideration as agreed upon, for him, his sub-contractors and all parties
acting through or under him, by him, or any of them, against the said house of the owners situated as
above stated, and the plot of ground appurtenant thereto, for or on account of any work done or materials
furnished by him, or any of them, under said contract or otherwise, for towards, in or about the said
construction and work at the said house of the owners, and the said contractor for himself and his sub-
contractors, and others under him, hereby expressly waives and relinquishes the right to have, file or
maintain any mechanics' lien or claim against the said house and the plot of ground, and agrees that this
agreement waiving the right of lien shall be an independent contract.

February 15th, 2002 .

Final Subdivision Plan for Rockwell Farms. Sheet No. 1. recorded in Cumberland Count),

BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Rockwell Court.
which point is at the northwestern comer of Lot No. 19 as shown on the above-described
Subdivision Plan; thence by said Lot No. 19, South 28 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds
East 400.00 feet to a point in line of Lot No. 22 as shown on said Plan; thence by said Lot

the fight having a radius of 40.00 feet. an arc distance of 63.01 feet to a point on the
southern right-of-way ling of Rockwell Court; thence by said southern right-of-way line
of Rockwell Court, North 64 degrees 55 minutes 41 seconds East 254.61 feet to a point.

and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County.
Pennsylvania. in Deed Book 35 S. Page 364 granted and conveyed unto Richard L.
Mentzer and Rebecca A. Menzter. husband and wife. Grantors
UNDER AND SUB,1ECT, nevertheless, to all utility and drainage easements as
