1. State and acknowledge that I am an adnit individual,
2. Waive the filing of an AccounY or Schedule of I)istribuYic�n by the personal
representative ofthe Estate;
3. Acknowledge that I have received the sum af$83,65Q.00 as a partiai distribution to
which I am entitled as a beneficiazy of the Estate of Constance R. Cowman, a/k!a Mary
Constance Cowrnan;
�. To the extent of said distribution, release Quentrn R. Cawman, Jr., Executar, of the
Estate of Constance R. Cowman, a/k/a Mary Constance Cowman, and his heirs and personal
representatives, from all liabilities, whether due to his negli�ence or otherwise, which he may
have by reason of his admznistratian af the Estate;
5. Agrec to refund to the Estate and t� the said Qucntin R. Cowrnan, Jr., Executor, any
portion of the distribution to which I am pot properly entitled, and, to the extent of said
distribution,to indemnify him and the Estate far clazms made against him and ta reirnburse him
and the Estate all expenses and costs incurred in connection with any such olaim; and
6. Declaxe that Yhis instrument shall be le�aily binding upon me, my personal
representatives, and assigns.
