PETITION UNDER SECTION 3102 OF THE PROBATE; n I � ESTATES AND FIDUCIARIES CODE FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE v G c3 r r.7 _ C) TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: � co r Julie Beecher, your Petitioner, files this Petition for Settlement of a Small Estate under the provisions of Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code and in support thereof avers that: (I) Your Petitioner, Julie Beecher is a competent adult residing at 10 Beecher Drive, Carlisle,Pennsylvania 17015,and is the daughter of the above decedent. (2) Doris J. Coleman died on February 14, 1992 at the age of 62 years, but prior thereto lived and was domiciled at 417 Chestnut Street, Mt. Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. A copy of decedent's Death Certificate is attached hereto as Exhibit"A." (3) Doris J. Coleman died without a Will. No Letters have been issued. (4) Renunciations in favor of Julie Beecher for Mahlen Coleman, 1II, Dale R. Coleman, Patricia Davis Fisher and Joann Bova are attached hereto as Exhibit 1113.11 (5) Doris J. Coleman had no probate estate when she died other than the following: PNC Bank with a current balance of$5,045.38 as of April 19, 2013. A copy of the statement for the period March 22, 2013 through April 19, 2013 is attached hereto as Exhibit"C." (6) The sole heirs and relationship to the decedent are as follows: Julie Beecher, Daughter Mahlen Coleman,III, Son Dale R. Coleman, Son Patricia Davis Fisher, Daughter Joann Bova, Daughter (7) Attorney fees in the amount of$750.00 will be charged to the estate. (8) Your Petitioner avers that all outstanding debts of the Decedent have been paid. (9) The following expenses will be used as deductions to determine inheritance tax due: O-L-2 Attorney Fee $ 750.00 Gibson-Hollinger Funeral Home $3,198.00 Westminster Cemetery $ 800.00 Total $4,748.00 (10) The taxable amount of the estate is$297.38. Inheritance tax at 4.5%is $13.38. (11) Payment of inheritance tax is attached hereto as Exhibit"D." WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully requests that an Order be made authorizing Julie Beecher to act as Fiduciary for the Estate of Doris J.
