hereby acknowledges receipt from THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
MIFFLINTOWN, Executor of the Estate of RUTH E. SMELTZER, a/k/a RUTH B.
SMELTZER, late of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, of the sum of
Fifty-four Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty-five and 19/1,00 ($54,455.19) Dollars, ,
which is in full payment and satisfaction of the bequest to her in ITEM IV of the Last
Will and Testament of RUTH E. SMELTZER, a/k/a RUTH B. SMELTZER, deceased,
dated June_, 2008, duly probated in the Office of the Register of Wills for
Cumberland County, at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, on January 3, 2013, and in full payment
and satisfaction of any and all monies or properties whatsoever in the hands of said
Executors and due her from the Estate of RUTH E. SMELTZER, a/k/a RUTH B.
SMELTZER(except for her one-third (1/3) share of any unused portion of the reserve for
expenses and of net income earned after July 10, 2013).
IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, For herself and for her heirs, personal
representatives, successors and assigns, DIANA R. SMELTZER has remised, released,
quitclaimed and forever discharged and by these presents does remise, release, quitclaim

and forever discharge THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIFFINTOWN, Executor as
aforesaid, of and from any and all monies and properties whatsoever in its possession and
belonging to her or claimed by her (except for her aforesaid one-third (1/3) share of the
reserve and of net income), as well as of and from any and all actions, accounts, suits,
reckonings, claims or demands whatsoever, which she now has or shall or may hereafter
have, or concerning any other matter, act or thing whatsoever, in any manner relating to
the administration of the Estate of RUTH E. SMELTZER, alkla RUTH B. SMELTZER,
by THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIFFLINTOWN, or any accounting or
distribution of the assets thereof, as well as of and from its office as Executor.
DIANA R. SMELTZER expressly agrees to discharge THE FIRST
NATIONAL BANK OF MIFFLINTOWN, as Executor, and hereby waives notice of the
presentation by it of a petition for discharge as Executor, with the same force and effect
as though notice of the intended presentation of the petition for discharge had been served
on her.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Intending to be legally bound hereby, DIANA
R. SMELTZER has hereunto set her hand and seal on this to _day of September,
2011.
