AND NOW, this3 b day 2013,upon reviewing the Petition for the
Private Sale of Real Estate, as filed by Jewish Family Service of Greater Harrisburg, Inc., the
Permanent Limited Guardian of the Person and Estate of Ms. Hazel A. Priest, and it appearing to the
Court that Hazel A. Priest will be best served by granting the relief requested by the Petitioner.
NOW, THEREFORE,based on the information and Petition submitted to this Court it is
ORDERED,ADJUDGED and DECREED that:
1. The Permanent Limited Guardian of the Person and Estate of Hazel A. Priest is authorized
to sell the real estate situate in and known as 922 Susan Circle, Enola, Cumberland County,
PA 17025 which is owned by Hazel A. Priest, for the sum of S 122,000.00 and in
accordance with the Agreement of Sale attached as Exhibit`B"of the Petition associated
therewith.
