NOW comes Petitioner, attorney Mark A. Mateya, and in support avers the following:
1. Petitioner file a Petition to Withdraw his Appearance filed to the above-referenced
number on or about October 18, 2012.
2. This Honorable Court issued a Citation on or about October 23, 2012, upon all
interested parties to show reason why the relief filed by Petitioner should not be granted.
3. Any objections to the Petition to Withdraw Appearance filed by Mark A. Mateya,
Esquire would have been due on or before November 2, 2012.
4. No responsive pleadings were filed by any parties in interest objecting to the Petition
to Withdraw Appearance filed by Mark A. Mateya.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests this Court make the Rule Absolute and
issue an Order allowing Petitioner to withdraw his appearance in the above-referenced
matter.
