North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The names of the owners of the property against which this lien is filed are: Alfred L. Estep and
Geraldine L. Estep, of Apartment #1, 207 N. College Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 1859 Spring Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer user fees against the above - described property in the
amount of $313.44, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above - mentioned fees until paid in full.

MADE THE 29.4 day of N.rJ in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred ninety -six
(1996).
BETWEEN ROBERT G. MARCONI and CAROLINE J. SNYDER MARCONI, also known as
CAROLINE J. SNYDER-MARCONI, now known as CAROLINE S. MARCONI, husband and wife,
of 1859 Spring Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as:
Grantors,
and ALFRED L. ESTEP and GERALDINE L. ESTEP, husband and wife, of 6412 Carlisle Pike,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as:
Grantees,
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of EIGHTY -SEVEN THOUSAND AND XX/100
($87,000.00) Dollars in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Grantors
do hereby grant and convey to the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns:
ALL that certain tract of land with the improvements thereon erected situate in North
Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows, to wit;
BEGINNING at a point in the center of Spring Road; thence by land now or formerly
of Leroy L. Moffit, South 83 degrees 13 minutes East 200 feet to an iron pin; thence
by land now or formerly of Edgar L. Kingsborough, et ux, South 6 degrees 47
minutes West 91.4 feet to an iron pin; thence by the dividing line between Lot Nos.
1 and 2 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, North 83 degrees 13 minutes West
200 feet to a point in the center of Spring Road aforesaid; thence by the center of
Spring Road, North 6 degrees 47 minutes East 91.4 feet to the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 1 on the Plan of Lots of Edgar L. Kingsborough, as recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 23, Page 111.
BEING improved with a dwelling house known as 1859 Spring Road, Carlisle.
AND BEING the same premises which Stephen R. Creekpaum and Krista N.
Creekpaum, his wife, by their Deed dated November 13, 1987 and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, in Deed Book "B ",
Volume 33, Page 11, granted and conveyed unto Robert G, Marconi and Caroline J.
Snyder Marconi, his wife, now known as Caroline S. Marconi, Grantors herein.
