Said services were rendered pursuant to ordinance. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the price charged therefor, said statement being a true copy of the owner's account with Hampden Township which sum of $532.26 was duly assessed against the hereinabove-named owner and the premises on 0/./01/02 and for which sum, with interest, penalties and costs, a lien is claimed against the above-described premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 19;>3, P.L. ;>07 (53 P.5. Section 7/.01, et seq.), as amended and supplemented, and the Act of May ;>, 1945, P.L 38;> (53 P.S.
