I, ANNA B. MARTIN, currently of Upper Ailen Township, Cumberland County,
ennsylvania,realizing the uncertainty of this life,but with confidence in God and trust in
is Son, my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,who died for my sins upqn the cross and rose
gain to redeern me and give rne eternal life, do hereby make,publish and declare this to be
y Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all prior Wills and Codicils made by

jr. I direct that all my just debts and funerat expenses be paid fram the assets af my
�state as soon as practicable after my demise.
� Il. I direct that a11 estate and inheritance t�es that may be assessed in conseyuence of
y death, shall be paid out ofthe principal ofmy general estate to the same effect as if said
es were expenses of administration and all property includable in my taxable estatate
hether ar nat passing under this Will �hall be free and clear thereof.
� III. I bequeath unto my husband, John Z. Martin, all tangible personal praperty which
� own at my dsath.
IV. All the rest, residue and remainder of rny estate, of whatever nature and whexever
ituate,including property over which T hold a power of appaintment,I devise and bequeath
to my husband, Jahn.
V. In the event that my husband, John, does nat survive me, I devise and bequea#h my
�ntire estate that would have otherwise passed under Pr�ragraphs III and IV above as follows:
A. I intend to keep with this my Will a separate memorandum
( conceming disposition af certain items af tangible personal property. I
bequeath the items on said memorandum to the persons designated.
� $. The remainder of my personal effects and tangible personal
property I bequeath untn my daug�ter,Penelope Popp. If she predeceases me,

' this bequest sha11 lapse and these items shall pass as part of my residuary
estate under Sub-Paragraph C below.
C. The remainder of my estate I devise and bequeath as follows:
(1) Eighty-five percent (85%) unto my daughter,
Penelope. If she predeceases me, this share shall be divided
equally among my granddaughter, Sydney; my gandson, Jon;
Messiah College, Grantham, Pennsylvania, to be used as it
determines best; and Messiah Village, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, to be used in its Endowment Fund. If either
grandchild predeceases me, his or her shaze shail be divided
equally among the remai�ning beneficiaries mentioned in this
Sub-Pazagraph.
(2) Five percent (5%) unto my granddaughter,
Sydney. If she predece�ses me, this share shall pass unto
Messiah Village to be used in its Endowment Fund.
(3) Five percent (5%) unto my grandson, Jon. If he
predeceases me, this share shall pass unto Messiah College to
be used as it determines best.
(4) Five percent (5%) to be divided equally among
the Brethren In Christ Board for World Missions, Grantham
Brethren In Christ Church, and Messiah College, all of
Grantham, Pennsylvania, to be used as they determine best.
VI. I appoint my husband, John Z. Martin, Executor of this my Will. In the event that
e fails to qualify or ceases to act as Executor,I appoint Robert Musser Executor of this my
ill. In the event that he fails to qualify or ceases to act as Executor, I appoint Gerald J.
rinser, Esquire, Executor in his place. In the event that he fails to qualify or ceases to act
Executor, I appoint Keith D. Wagnei, Esquire, Executor of this my Will.
VII. I direct that no bond be required of my fiduciaries for the faithful performance of
eir duties in any jurisdiction.
