You must comply with the following conditions.
1. Remain arrest free and report any police contacts to your Probation Officer immediately.
- 2. Obtain and maintain f illtime employment.
3: Remain on good behavior and refrain from behavior which may present a danger to yourself or others.
4. Provide proof of any valid prescriptions to your supervising officer if requested.
5. Submit to testing for drug / alcohol as directed by your Probation Officer. You may not use any.
synthetic, mood or mind altering substances or any controlled substances without a valid prescription.
Any attempt to substitute or adulterate a urine specimen is a violation of this condition and may subject
you to arrest on new charges.
6. Notify your probation officer before you change your physical address.

The Cumberland County Home Electronic Monitoring.Program is designed as an alternative to confinement. This
program enables you to remain in the community, live at your home, maintain employment and family networks
and attend counseling or other Court imposed sanctions. .
As a condition of your sentence, you are required to comply with the following special conditions of your
probation/parole /intermediate punishment.
1. You may not consume any alcoholic beverages or have any alcohol present in your residence.
2. You may not enter any establishment that sells alcohol while on Electronic Monitoring.
3. You may not use any narcotic, synthetic or mood altering substance while under Intermediate
Punishment.
4. You must be reachable at all times while on Electronic Monitoring. You may not fail to answer
phone calls or allow .access to your residence.
5. You may not have anyone of criminal standing in your residence while on Electronic Monitoring.
6. You are required to properly maintain'and charge your Electronic Monitoring Equipment.
7. You are required to complete all court ordered counseling and treatment.
8. You may only travel to reapproved locations during scheduled time. All schedules must be
approved by the Probation/Parole Department verbally or electronically before leaving your
residence.
9. There will be no out -of -state travel for work_ or any other purposes without approval from the
Court, while on house arrest.

serving your sentence.
