its Board of Commissioners, who files the following claim against Melvin & Michelle Aucker,
all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by them and described
as follows:

For sewer services rendered from 07/01/99 to 01/01/02. ,Said services were rendered
pursuant to ordinance. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the
services so rendered and the price charged therefor, said statement being a true copy of
the owner's account with Hampden Township which sum of $354.97 was duly assessed
against the hereinabove-named owner and the premises on 01/01/02 and for which sum, with
interest, penalties and costs, a lien is claimed against the above-described premises in
accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L 207 (53 P.5. Section 7101, et seq.), as
amended and supplemented, and the Act of Mm/2, lc)45, P.L. 382 (53 P.5. Section 301,
et seq), as amended and supplemented.
