WHEREAS, Clear Ridge Construction Services, Inc., with offices at 43 West Third Street, suite #2,
Everett, PA 15537 hereinafter called "Contractor", entered into a contract with The Presbyterian
Church of Shippensburg, located at 144 East King Street, Shippensburg, PA 17257 with its business
office located at 12 S. Pdnce Street, Shippensburg, PA 17257, hereinafter called "Owner", to provide
materials and perform labor necessary for the removal and disposal of asbestos containing pipe
insulation and the re-insulation of all pipe wrap and fittings removed during the removal of the
aforesaid asbestos containing pipe insulation, located at The Presbyterian Church of
Shippensburg, located at 144 East King Street, Shippensburg, PA 17257, pursuant to a Proposal
dated the 15t" day of November, 2004 in the County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, being the same premises described by a Deed dated the 8th day of January, 1844 and
recorded in the Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland County, at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed
Book 1UU Vol. 1842-1844, Pages 461,462, 463.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of
the said Contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned Contractor,
any Subcontractor or material supplier, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said
Contractor under this Contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or
materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in accordance with the
requirements of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals or caused
these presents to be exe~cuted by their,p/~per corporate officers, and their respective corporate seals
