Business Trust's Petition for Stay of all
Proceedings, as well as

is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that
said Petition is DENIED.
Title 11 U.S.C. 362(a) operates as a stay
to judicicial proceedings against a debtor.
Absent extraordinary circumstances, this
automatic stay provision does not affect
proceedings against non-debtors, Dime
Savings Bank FSB v. Greene, 813 A.2d
893, 896 (Pa. Super. 2002). The
Petitioners are not debtorss in the Chapter
11 bankruptcy proceeding filed by Adams
County Asphalt; therefore Petitioners are
not entitled to have the above-captioned
proceedings stayed as a result.
It is further ORDERED that the Court will
hold its decision as to the amount of
damages that Plaintiff is entitled against
Defendant IN ABEYANCE pending the
disposition of Plaintiff's Motion for Relief
from Stay currently before the United
States Bankruptcy Court, The parties shall
