Homes ("Contractor") (or "Subcontractor'") in favor of $crcmy D. Coy and Nicole C. Coy
("Owners") Whereas, Owners are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
Contr~tor for the erection of a dwelling upou a Iht of land situate in North Newton Township,
Cumberland Co'anty, Pennsylvania, being known as Lot No, 31, Subdivision Plan for Larry E. Foote,
Sr. and H. David Miller, Ir., as recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 73, Page 147, more full},
described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN unimproved tract of land situate in North Newton Toumship, Cumberland
County, Pcrmsylvania, more pazticularlyboundgd and described pursuant to aFinal Subdivision Plan
for Larry E. Footc, Sr. and H. David Miller, Ir., as rccordcd in Cumberland County Plan Book 73,
Pagc 147, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point within the fight-of-way of the NewviLle Road, SR-0533, at comer of Lot No.
30 as shown onthe above described Subdivision Plan; thence within the said Ncwville Road, South
32 degrees 42 mhmtes 43 seconds West, 356.42 feet to a point in said road at comer of Lot No. 32
as shown on said Plan; thence by Lot No. 3:2 North :51 degrees 31 minutes 43 seconds West, 603.04
feet to a point in linc of lot No. 33 as shown on said plan; thc, ncc by Lot No. 33 North 32 degrees 42
minutes 43 seconds l~ast, 270.91 feet to a point in line of Lot No. 33 at comer of Lot No. 30; thence
by Lot No. 30, South 59 degrees 40 minutes 27 seconds East, 600,52 feet to a point in Newville
Road, SR-0533, the point and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 4.32 gross acres and being designated Lot No. 31, as shown on the above described
Subdivision Plan.
Now, December 7, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the construction contract
aforesaid, and before any authority ~ been given by thc said Owners to the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration oft. he
Owners making of the said contract with Contractor, and intending to be legally bound hereby, it
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by

any of the materialrnen or worl~en or any other person for any labor, or malerials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the ereciion of said building, the right lo file such liens being
expressly waived.
