and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as
and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made .
1 . I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as practical after my death by my Executor
hereinafter named.
2. I give and bequeath all my household furnishings
including, but not limited to wall hangings, dishes and
silverware and all my jewelry to my son, GARY D. BAIR, and my
grandson, BRANDON W. SHETTERLY, to be divided equally between
them as they shall decide.
3. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be
situate, I give, devise and bequeath as follows :
(a) Fifty ( 508) percent to my son, GARY D.
BAIR, absolutely. In the event GARY D.
BAIR predeceases me, I direct the share
which he would have received shall pass to
his issue surviving me per stirpes,

issue be less than twenty-one ( 21 ) years
of age at the time of my death.
(b) Fifty ( 50� ) percent to my grandson, BRANDON W.
SHETTERLY.
4 . Should any issue of my son, GARY D. BAIR, be entitled
to share in my estate and be less than twenty-one ( 21 ) years of
age, I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter-in-law,
BARBARA J. BAIR, as guardian of the estate of such person and to
pay so much of the income arising thereon as in the opinion of
said guardian is necessary or desirable to be expended for the
proper maintenance, support and education of such person, to the
individual having custody of such person or directly to such
person whoever in the discretion of the guardian is the
appropriate payee. Upon such person attaining twenty-one ( 21)
years of age the guardian is directed to pay the principal
together with any undistributed income to such person
absolutely. The guardian is not authorized to pay out any of
the principal sum until the person entitled to the fund has
attained the age of twenty-one ( 21 ) years.
5. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said son,
GARY D. BAIR, as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,
but should he predecease me or fail to qualify, then in such
event, I nominate, constitute and appoint my grandson, BRANDON
W. SHETTERLY, as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,
and i further direct that no person serving as Executor shall be
required to post any bond to secure the faithful performance of
