BOIIRTB: Should my daughter, SUSAN W. BLISS, predecease
e, I give and bequeath her share, in equal shares, to my son,
ILLZAM R. WINKELER and my daughter, ELIZABETH W. BASIL.
BIBTH: Should any of my grandchildren not have
ttained the age of twenty-two (22) years at the time for distri-
ution to him or her, I give, devise and bequeath the share of
ach auch grandchild to my hereinafter named Trustee or Trustees,
N SEPARATE TRUSTS, to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the
hares so received, and to use and apply from time to time such
ortion of income and principal for the said grandchild's post-
igh school education (including college, trade school or other
imilar training or education) , as my Trustee or Trustees, in
heir sole discretion, deem advisable. The Trustee or Trustees,
n exercising their discretionary authority with respect to the

Any income or principal not so applied shall be dis-

he absence of any brothers and sisters, to my other grandchil-
ren in equal shares.
$�: In addition to all powers granted to them by
1 aw and by other provisions of this Will, I give the fiduciarias
Zcting hereunder the followinq powers, applicable to all proper-
y, exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
istribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private aale, or to lease,
or any period of time, any real or personal property and to give
ptions for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon
uch terms (including credit, with or without security) or
onditions aa are deemed proper. This includes the power to give
egally sufficient instruments for transfer of the property and
o receive the proceeds of any disposition of it.
(B) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estata
nd to entar into agreementa concerning the partition, subdivi-
ion, improvement, zoning or management of real estate and to
impose or extinguish restrictions on real estate.
(C) To compromise any claim or controversy and to
bandon any property which fs of little or no value.
(D) To invest in all forms of property, includinq
stocks, common trust funds and mortgage investment funds, without
rastriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduci-

riea, as are deeaed proper, without regard to any principle of
ivereification, risk or productivity.
(E) To exercise any option, right or privileqe qranted
n inaurance policiee or in other inveatments.
(F) To exercise any election or privileqe given by the
ederal and other tax laws, including, but not necessarily beinq
imited to, personal income, gift and eatate or inheritance tax
aws.
(G) To make distributions to my herein naaed benefici-
ries in caah or in kind or partly in each.
(H) To borrow money from themselves or others in order
o pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration e�tpenses,
o protact or improve any property held under my will, and for
nvestment purposes.
� (I) To select a mode of payment under any qualified
etir�ment plan (pension plan, profit sharing plan, employee
tock ownerahip plan, or any other type of qualified plan) to the
xtent the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exercise
ny other riqhts which they may have under the plan, in whatever
anner they consider advisable.
�: I nominate and appoint MICHELLE G. WINKELER,
Trustee of any trust established herein for the benefit of
ZLLIAlI R. WINKELER, JR. and KIRSTEN M. WINRELER. I nominate and
ppoint BENJAMIN J. BASIL, as Trustee of any trust established
erein for the benefit of LINDSAY E. BASIL and BENJAlIIN W. BASIL.
In the event of the death, resignation or inability to serve for
ny reason whatsoever of the said MICHELLE G. WINKELER or
ENJAMIN J. BASIL, I nominate and appoint SUSAN W. BLISS as
rustee of the hereinabove described tru�ts. I direct that my
ruatee or Trustees shall serve without bond and shall receive
fair and reasonable compensation.
�g$g$: I direct that all inharitance, estate, trane-
fer, succession and death taxes, of any kind whatsoever, which
ay be payable by reason of my death, whether or not with respect
to property passing under this Will, shall be paid out of the

eneficiary, and furthermore, shall not be subject to pledge,
ssiqnment, conveyance or anticipation.
�$: I nominate and appoint SUSAN W. BLISS, Execu-
rix of thi�, my Last Will and Testament. In the event of the
eath, resignation or inability to serva for any reason whateo-
ver of the said SUSAN W. BLISS, I nominate and appoint W2LLIAM
. WINRELER, Executor of thie, my Last Will and Teatament. In
he event of the death, resignation or inability to serve for any
eason whatsoever of the said SUSAN W. BLISS and WILLIAM R.
