Artistech, Inc., S��q M� --{ Contractor WHEREAS, Mark E. Hennessy and Maureen P. Hennessy of 606 Georgetown Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Artistech, Inc. of 6 E. Red Gold Circle, Camp Hill, PA, for the erection of a building upon premises commonly known as 16 Marina Drive, Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated 01/22/88, recorded at Deed Book D -33, Page 952 (part of), in the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto. NOW, October 4, 2013, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. Hoffman, President OWNER: He Hess V � j , M u e n P. en essy pct 6 lye qf7 a 1 EXHIBIT "A" ALL THAT CERTAIN piece `or parcel of land situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point located on the eastern right -of -way line of Marina Drive at the northwest corner of Lot H4 on the hereinafter referenced Plan; thence along the northern boundary line of Lot 114, North 53 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 141.15 feet to a point on the western boundary line of Lot H13 of Floribunda Heights, Phase II, Sections K &H; thence along the western boundary line of Lot H13, North 51 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 12.58 feet to a point; thence continuing along the same, North 15 degrees 43 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of 64.69 feet to a point being the southeast comer of Lot H6 on the hereinafter referenced Plan; thence along the southern boundary line of Lot 116, South 81 degrees 04 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 14110 feet to a point on the eastern right -of -way line of Marina Drive; thence along Marina Drive, by a curve to the left, having aradius of 300.00 feet and an arc length of 144.44 feet to a point, the point and place of BEGINNING. BEING Lot H5 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Floribunda Heights, Phase I, Section 16 B and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office at Instrument No. 201200886.
