AUDITOR'S REQUEST FOR ORDER
To the Honorable J. Wesley Oler, Jr.:
Your Honor has appointed me Auditor in the above captioned matter. During the course
of the hearings an Exhibit was offered into evidence by the Executors/Trustees as Exhibit T-5
which can be found in Volume XVI of the hearing transcripts. The exhibit was a compilation of
annual financial information provided by an accounting firm for Objector Robert M. Mumma II.
Mr. Mumma had requested that if the undersigned received the same, the actual records and
information be sealed. The undersigned agreed to seal the information as the amounts detailed
therein were not relevant and the document was offered for other reasons. The Clerk of the
Orphans' Court contacted the undersigned during the scanning of the record and asked if the
Exhibit T-5 should be sealed and I stated yes, but upon reflection an Order from Your Honor
would be necessary. I have notified the parties that I am requesting this Order.
I humbly request that if your Honor agrees with my recommendations, you enter an
Order accordingly and I have attached a recommended order to accomplish the same.
