AND NOW,this 9TH day of OCTOBER, 2013,upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Dustin John Andrews and Rachel
Elisabeth Leonard will apply on October 9, 2013 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that
extraordinary circumstance demand it,the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said
license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under
Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
