I, Vera M. Reed, now domiciled in Cwnberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be
y Last Will. I revoke all other wills and codicils that I may have previously made.
ARTICLE 1
My just debts and expenses of my last illness, funeral, and administraUOn of my estate
shall be paid by my Executrix &om the principal of my residuary estate as soon as practicable
after my death, except as specifically referenced in Article III as to my 2011 Chrysler Town &
County van.
ARTICLE II
All inheritance, estate, and succession taxes (including interest and penalties thereon, but
not including any generation skipping tax) payable by reason of my death shall be paid out of
and be charged generally against the principal of my residuary estate without reimbursement
from any person. This provision is not a waiver of any right which my Executrix has to claim
reimbursement for any such ta�ces which become payable as the result of any property over
which I have the power of appointrnent.

ARTICLE III
I give,devise and bequeath aii of my property,real,personal,and mixed, as follows:
A. I give, devise and bequeath my 2011 Chrysler Town & Country van to rny
loved daughter, Lisa M. Gaffney, provided she survives me by thirty {30} days. Lisa M.
affney wili be responsible for paying any remaining loan andJar encumbrance pn this vehicle.
hould she choose not to accept the van subject to those conditions, the van shall be sold and the
�roceeds sha11 be glaced in the residuary of my estata.
( B. T give, devise and bequeath a1i of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
keal, personal, and mixed to my beloved children, Lisa M. Gaffney and Steven W. Reed, in equal

hould faiI to survivs me by thirty {30) days, I give, devise, and bequeath my deceased child's
share to that child's living children, in equal shares. In the event that either of my children fail to
survive me by thirty (30} days and are nat survived by children, rny deceased child's share shall
be distributed to my living child,
If any person narned in this Will is under the age of twenty-five (25) years at the tirne of
my death, his or her property shall be held in hust under the tetms and condirians established in
this Wiil.
ARTICLE IY
Chiid Benefmiaries
At my death, if a named beneficiary has not attained either (A) the age of twenty-five
� {25} yeazs, or(B) a ttaohelor's degrea from an accredited callege or university or a certifieate ar

iploma from an accredited post-high school vocational school, his or her shaze of the proceeds
rom my estate shall be retained in a sepazate trust for the benefit of said beneficiary. I direct
at the trust shall be administered under the following terms:
A. As much of the net income and principal as my trustee from time to time might
'nk desirable, taking into account funds from all other sources, shall be expended for the
ealth, support, or education of said beneficiary until he or she attains the later of age eighteen
18) or graduation from high school;
B. As much of the net income and principal as my trustee from time to time might
ink desirable, taking into account funds from all other sources, shall be expended to provide a
ollege or vocational education for said beneficiary until he or she attains age twenty-five (25)
eazs. Net income and principal may be expended to cover living and travel expenses incurred
by said beneficiary in pursuing full-time college or vocational studies which my trustee in its
sole discretion deems reasonable;
C. If a beneficiary does not pursue a college or vocational education, his or her
interest in the trust shall be held with no distribution until he or she achieves the age of twenty-
five (25)yeazs; and
D. When said beneficiary attains age twenty-five (25) yeazs or acquires a bachelor's
degree from an accredited college or university or a certificate or diploma from an accredited
post-high school vocational school, the principal and any accumulated income in trust is to be
distributed to said beneficiary.

No interest in income or principal sha11 be assignable by, ar available to, anyone having a
laim against a beneficiary befare actual payment to the henefioiary.

ARTICLE VI

�hildren of Lisa M. Gaffney. I appaint Selina Reed, as Trustee of the trust created in this Will
�or the children of Steven W. Reed. No bond or other security shall be reyuired in any
urisdiction for the performanee of their duties as 1'rustee.
ARTICLE VII
I nominate, canstitute, and appoint Lisa M. Gaf�`ney, Executrix af my Last Will and
Testarnent. Tn the event of her renunciation, death, resignation, or inability to act far any reason
whatsaever as rny Executrix, I nominate, constitute, and appoint Steven W. Reed to act as my
�Executor. i hereby relieve rny Bxecutor or Executrix, whether original, substitute, or successor,
from the necessity of posting security in connection with his or her duties as such in any
jurisdiotion in which he or she may be called upan to act so far as I am able by law to do sa. My
Executor or Executrix shall receive reasonable compensation for services rendered ta my Estate.

ARTICLE VIII
I hereby authorize my Trustee and my Executor or Executrix:
A. to retain and to invest in a11 forms of real and personal property, regazdless of any
imitations imposed by law on investments by executors or trustees;
B. to compromise claims and to abandon my property which, in my Executor or
xecutrix's or Trustee's opinion, is of little or no value;
C. to sell at public auction or private sale, or to exchange or to lease for any period of
'me, any real or personal property, and to give options for sales or leases;
D. to join in any merger, reorganization, voting trust plan, or other concerted action
f security holders, and to delegate discretionary duties with respect thereto;
E. to borrow and to pledge property for repayment of funds bonowed; and
F. to distribute in cash or in kind.
These authorities shall extend to all property at any time held by my Executor or
Executrix or my Trustee and shall continue in full force until the actual distribution of a11 such
property. All powers, authorities, and discretion granted by this Will shall be in addition to those
granted by law and shall be exercisable without leave of court.
