FAMILY SETTLEMENT AND FINAL RELEASE
ESTATE OF CYNTHIA ANN MINGE, DECEASED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Cynthia A,nn Minge, late of Lower
Allen Township, �umberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, died intestate on the 22nd day of
April,2013.
WHEREAS, the said Cynthia Ann Minge was survived by her son, Christopher J.
Ravenberg, and her daughter,Heather L.Ravenberg,who are her only surviving heirs at law;
WHEREAS, Letters of Administration on the Estate of the said decedent were issued by
the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to Robert P. Kline and Christopher J.
Ravenberg,hereinafter called personal representatives;
WHEREAS, the personal representatives have gathered the assets of the Esta.te of the said
decedent as set forth on the informal account approved by said personal representatives, a copy of
which has been provided to each of the surviving heirs.

NOW, THEREFORE, �hristopher J. Ravenberg and Heather L. Ravenberg, being the only
heirs of the said decedent, and being the only persons entitled to inherit from said decedent, do
hereby acknowledge that they have this day had and received from the aforesaid personal
representa.tives, in full satisfaction and payment of all sums of money, legacies, bequests, and
devises to which they may be entitled as rightful heirs of the decedent, which amounts have been
received this day, prior to this day, or shall receive in the future as set forth on said informal
account; and, do hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved in the filing
af a formal account and schedule of distribution, we agree that no account is necessary and we do
hereby agree that we do consent to distribution being made without the filing of an account and
schedule of distribution,the same to be with the same force and effect as if they had been filed and
confirmed by the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
Pennsy�vania.
THEREFORE, we do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever dischaxge the said
personal representatives; Robert P. Kline and Christopher J. Ravenberg, their heirs, �xecutors,
administrators and assigns, of and from the said estate and from all actions, suits, payments,
accounts, reckonings, claims, and demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof, or for any other
use, matt�r, cause or thing whatsoever, touching upon the Estate of the said-decedent, and we do
further hereby covenant and agree that should any liability come due to the estate of the said
decedent after the signing of this Agreement, we do hereby covenant and agree that we will
contribute to the Estate to satisfy any and all claims, demands, suits, or causes of action which may
be successfully prosecuted against the said Estate or the aforesaid personal representatives after the
signing,sealing and delivery of this Family Settlement Agreement and Final Release.

FURTHER, this Family Settlement and Final Release may be executed in multiple
counterparts and shall become effective once signed by each of the parties named herein.
