AND NOW, this 1166 day of v 2013,upon review bf Lbi foregi5ing Tethibn
for Order Directing the Residuary Distribution from the Estate of Jean L. Zeigler for the Benefit of a
Minor and to Appoint Petitioner as Guardian of the Estate as to the Residuary Distributive Share,it
is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that:
(a) Michael L. Zeigler, uncle of Hannah Zeigler, is appointed as Guardian of the Estate
of Hannah Zeigler as to the Residuary Distributive Share from the Estate of Jean L.
Zeigler; and
(b) Michael L. Zeigler,Executor of the Estate of Jean L. Zeigler is directed to distribute
to Petitioner the residual share payable to Hannah Zeigler under the terms of the Last
Will and Testament of Jean L. Zeigler; and
(c) Said funds shall be held by Michael L. Zeigler and used for the benefit of Hannah
Zeigler until she reaches eighteen (18) years of age, at which time any remaining
principal and accumulated income shall be distributed to Hannah Zeigler outright.
