Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this lien is filed is Scott M. Coover of 11 Hill
Drive, Pennsylvania 17013.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 11 Hill Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer user fees against the above - described property in the
amount of $341.88, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above - mentioned fees until paid in full.

Pennsylvania, hereinafter called Grantor,
AND SCOTT M. COOVER, adult individual, of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, hereinafter called Grantee,
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY -
NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED and 00/100 ($139,100.00) Dollars, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Grantor does hereby grant and convey
unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns,
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South side of a public road (33 feet wide)
known as Hill Drive, which point is the Northwest corner of Lot No. 32 of Plan No. 2
of the Stine Development, which Plan is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book No. 6, at Page 41;
thence by the West side of said Lot No. 32 to the common corner of Lot No. 32 with
Lot No. 18 and Lot No. 17, South 27 degrees 15 minutes East, 150 feet; thence along
the North side of Lots No. 17 and No. 16, South 62 degrees 45 minutes West, 100 feet
to a point; thence along land of which this tract was a part, and conveyed to Marie E.
Mackey and Dale L. Bollinger, North 27 degrees 15 minutes West, 150 feet to a point
on the South side of Hill Drive; thence along Hill Drive, North 62 degrees 455 minutes
East, 100 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lots No. 33 and No. 34 of Stine Development, Plan No. 2, as shown on
the attached plan of Noel B. Smith dated March 19,1971.
BEING the same premises conveyed by James J. Hooper, by Deed dated
November 29, 1990, and recorded on November 30, 1990, in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Book W, Volume
34, Page 877, to Linda C. Hooper, Grantor herein.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to any existing covenants, easements,
encroachments, conditions, restrictions, notations and agreements affecting the
property, visible or of record.
AND the said Grantor hereby covenants and agrees that she will warrant
specially the property hereby conveyed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF said Grantor has hereunto set her hand and seal the
day and year first above written.
