ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my demise as may be convenient to the proper administration of my estate. ITEM II. I order and direct my hereinafter named Executors to pay all estate and inheritance taxes levied against my estate prior to distribution. ITEM III. Callahan, or the surivor of them as Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
