C. hereby makes application to this Court for the appointment of School Police Officers for the South Middleton School District under the provisions of the Public School Code of 1949, as amended, Section 778 (24 P.S. § 7-778), and represents as follows: 1. That the South Middleton School District is a duly organized and constituted school district located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. That said South Middleton School District is desirous of and in need of School Police Officers to act as policemen of said School District. 3. WHEREFORE, The South Middleton School District respectfully requests your Honorable Court to appoint the persons set forth above as School Police Officers for the South Middleton School District with the powers, duties and responsibilities to act as a policeman for said School District in accordance with the Public School Code of 1949, as amended and to remove Mr. Lynn Negley as a School Police Officer.
