The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim against
Arthur E. Weaver and all that certain improved lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 650/652 North College Street. (See
property description attached).

Prior notice in accordance with law was served on the owner at his last known address. The
said removal services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the charge levied therefor is in
strict accordance with Article XII of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965),
No. 581 Section 1202 (5), as amended, 53 P.S. Sections 46202 (5), as amended, Chapters 120 and
183 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

I hereby g~ve to my ~a~th~ul ~on ~vthuv, the option o~ becoming
the owner of all or any part of the tangible real and/or personal
property owned by me at my death, at a price which shall be the ~alue
thereof established for Pennsylvania inheritance tax purposes by the
Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Appraiser of Cumberland County. This
option shall be exercised by delivery of a written statement indicating
his intention to become the owner of the property listed in said written
statement at the aforesaid inheritance tax value price, which statement
shall be delivered to my attorneys, Irwin, Irwin & Irwin, 44 South
Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, within 60 days after She
Inheritance Tax Appraisal has been filed of record. My co-executor is
hereby authorized and empowered to deliver to Arthur any bill or bills
of sale or any deed or deeds of conveyance appropriate for carrying out
his said election. He shall be permitted to use his share of my estate
and his share of the executor's fee as a credit toward the purohase
price to be paid by him to my estate.
5. I nominate and appoint Arthur E. Weaver and Mary Weaver to be
the executors of this my last will and testament without the filing of
any bond.
Arthur E. Weaver ha~ exercised this ~ption to purchase and this deed
is executed and delivered in consu~ation thereof. See Misc. Record
Book No. 216, Page 19.
NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the said part y o[ the first part, by virtue

on the West by another 16 foot alley; and on the North by' "C" Street;
CONTAINING 150 feet in front on North College Street and extending at an
even width for a depth of 200 feet; and
HAVING thereon erected a frame dwelling house known as 650 and 652
North College Street.
BEING the same property which was conveyed to Charles K. Weaver and
Josephine O. Weaver, his wife, as tenants by the entireties, by deed of
