STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

Beginning at an iron pin on the southern edge of Kail Avenue at corner of Parcel D on the aforementioned
survey: thence by said, Parcel D South 19 degrees 26 minutes 27 seconds East 349.77 feet to an iron pin in
line of land now or formerly of Gerald E. Stafford: thence by said land now or formerly of Gerald E Stafford,
North 70 degrees 31 minutes 57 seconds East 100.00 feet to an iron pin at corner of Lot No. 101 on the
hereinafter mentioned Subdivision Plan: thence by Lot 101 and by Lot 98 on the hereinafter mentioned
Subdivision Plan, North 19 degrees 26 minutes 27 seconds West 349.73 feet to an iron pin on the southern
edge of Kail Avenue: thence by the southern edge of Kail Avenue. South 70degrees 33 minutes 33 seconds
West 100.00 feet to an iron pin, the place of BEGINNING.

NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves
and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's
liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the construction of the said buildings on the
lot above - described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an
independentcovenant.
