Jean Romberger died on 04/15/2009, leaving all property to current decedent.
Therefore,real estate timeshare owned solely by decedent on his date of death. Fair
market value determined by comparable sales price, i.e., $1,500 for annual frequency as
depicted on attached listings compares to$750.00 value for a bi-annual frequency.
