AND NOW,this day of , 2013,upon consideration of
Petitioner's Petition for Adjudication/Statement of Proposed Distribution pursuant to Pa. O.C.
Rule 6.9, it is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that the remaining balance of Restitution due
to the Estate of James F. Boylan, Deceased, per Cumberland County Criminal Docket No. CP-
21-CR-0000522-2008 (Commonwealth v. Dunkle), is hereby assigned to the Pennsylvania
Department of Public Welfare and shall be paid directly to the Pennsylvania Department of
Public Welfare, as the sole creditor entitled to the proceeds of the Estate in accordance with PEF
Code § 3392.

has been filed with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common
Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and will be called for CONFIRMATION on
Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 9:30 o'clock, a.m. in Courtroom No. 1 of the
Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
The Court will be asked to approve the Account and Schedule of Proposed Distribution
as stated and to make awards in accordance with provisions of the Rules of Intesta.te
Succession under the Pennsylvania Probate Esta.te and Fiduciary Code ("PEF Code"), as
amended as it pertains to this Decedent's Estate. Copies of the account are enclosed.
The Account shows a balance for distribution which, if your claim is admitted or proved
at the audit,will not be sufficient to pay same.
It is not necessary that you or your counsel appear at the audit. However, if you have any
objections to any items in the account(or, if you disagree with the position the accountant
has taken on any claim), it is necessary that you appear at the time and place stated above
in person or by counsel; otherwise, the court will assume you have no objection and may
