The Mortgage was recorded on 08/28/2006 in Official Records Book 1963 at Page 3254. Said Mortgage is incorporated herein by referenced in accordance with Pa.R.C.P 1019(g). A legal description of the mortgage premises is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 5. Said mortgage is in default in that the payment due 09/01/2011, and all subsequent payments have not been made, and by its terms, upon breach and failure to cure said breach after notice, all sums secured by said Mortgage, together with the other charges authorized by said Mortgage and itemized below, shall be immediately due. 6.
