My just debts and expenses of rny last illness, funeral,and administratian af my estate shall
be paid by my Execntor from the principal of my residuary estate as soon as practicabie aRer my

AII inheritance,estate,and succession ta�ces(including interest and penalries thereon,but not
inclading any generatian skipping tax)payable by reason of my death on any praperty or interest in
praperty,inetuding taxes assessed on jaintly held assats and non-probate assets,shal!be paid out of
and be charged generally against the principal of my residuary estate without reimbursement frorn
any person. This provision is not a waiver of any right which my fixecutnr has to clairn
reimbwsetnent for any such taaces which tsecame payabie as the result of any praperty over whieh I
have the power of appointrnent.

for any masan whatsoever of my Exacutrix, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son-in-law,
DANA V.SADARANANDA,of Curnberland County,Pennsylvania as successor Executor of my
Last Wiil and Testarnent. In the event af the renunciation,death,or inability to act, for any reasan
whatscever of DANA V.SADARANANDA,I nominate,consritute and appoint my granddanghter,
JANELLE M.SADARANANDA,of Cumberland County,Pennsyivania as successor Executrix of
