IQNARD, presently of Upper Allen Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and disposing memory, realizing the uncertainty of this life, but with confidence in Crod and hvst in His Son, my Lord and savior, Jesus Christ, who died for my sins upon the cross, and rose again to justify me and give me eternal life, do hereby make, publish and declare ttus to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking any and all previous Wills and Codicils, and hereby will and dispose of all of the property which I own at my death in the following manner: I. As Executrix (herein referred to as "Executor") of this my Will I neme and nominate my daughter, CHERI'L ANN WALKER, if she shall for any reason fail or be unable to serve as Ex�utor, either before or during her service as Executor, then I name my son, BRIAN D. HINARD,as Executor. II. I direct that my just debts and expenses of my last illness and funeral shall be paid by my Executor as soon after my decease as may be convenient. � , . • ui. All of my automobiles,household and personal effects and other tangible personalty of like nattue,together with i„�,rAnce thereon,I give equally to such of my cluldren as shall survive me to be divided among them as they may detem�ine,or, should they be unable to agree, as my Executor may decide. I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal and mixed, including anY property over which I may have any power of appoinhnent, in equai shares unto my children, CHERYL ANN WALKER and BRIAN D. KINARD, or their issue, per stirpes. If either of my children shall fail to survive me, their shaze shaii be given to their issue per stipres, and if they are not survived by issue,their share shall be given to my surviving child or his or her issue,per stirpes. V. My Executor shall pay out of the residue of my estate as an expense of administration all estate taxes, inheritance taxes and other death taxes of any nature which may be imposed upon my estate. In the absolute discretion of my Executor, he or she may pay such taxes immediately, or may pospone the time of payment of taxes on future or remainder interests until possession accrues to the beneficiaries. D. To make loans, secured or unsecured, in such amaunts, upan sueh terms, . at such rates af interest,to such persons,firms or corgorations as Executor shatl think fit. E. In dividing into separate shazes or in distribution of sarne, to divide or distribute in cash, in kind or partly in cash and partty in kind, as Executor thinks fit.
