Salkeld, of 224 Fox Drive, Mechanicsburg, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby expressly revoking all Wills and Codicils made by me heretofore,and dispose of my estate as follows: ITEM l: 1 direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid as soon as possible as can be conveniently done following my decease. ITEM II: It is my desire that my remains be cremated,with my ashes taken to Lake Erie,by my sons, in accordance with my wishes. ITEM III: I direct that all State and Federal Transfer Inheritance Tax, Estate Tax, Succession Tax or any other tax, including any interest, assessments or penalties thereon,that may become due and payable by virtue of my death,or by virtue of the passing of any property either under my Last Will and Testament, or in any other manner, shall be paid by my estate,just as if such taxes were my debts,and no beneficiary shall be required to pay or refund any part thereof. All my antiques in my home I give to Chloe M.Salkeld,which she is to select which specific pieces she wants; B. All the fittnishings in my home remaining after Chloe M Salkeld has made her selection as to antiques shall be divided equally between my other four (4) grandchildren by either division of the pieces, or by sale of the remaining furnishings as supervised by my Executor. C. My jewelry is to be bequeathed as follows: 1. My wedding ring to Lucy W. Salkeld; 2. George's diamond ring to Chloe M. Salkeld; 3. Grandmother Weis's ring to Leah G. Salkeld; 4. My tennis bracelet to Stella W. Salkeld; 5. All the remaining jewelry to be distributed to my four (4) granddaughters in the judgment of my Executor. ITEM V: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever nature and where ever situate, I give, devise, and bequeath equally unto my sons, Scott A. Salkeld, Brett J. Salkeld and Matt R. Salkeld. Should any son or sons predecease me, or should they fail to survive me for a period of thirty (30) days, then I give, devise and bequeath all the residue of my estate equally to the remaining living son(s). ITEM VI: I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Brett J. Salkeld,to be the sole Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament. Should Brett J. Salkeld be unable or unwilling to act or to continue serving, then I nominate, constitute and appoint, Sarah V. Salkeld, to be the Alternate Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament.
