I, KAREN ELAINE EBY, of 1495 Simpson Ferry Road, New
Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do make, publiah
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
all Wills and Codicils by me at any time made.
� ITEM I: I direct that all inheritance
and estate taxes becoming due by reason of my death, whether
such taxes nay be payable by my estate or by any recipient of
�. any property, shall be paid by the Executors out of the property
. passing under ZTEPt V of this Will, as an expense and cost of
. administration of my estate. The Executors shall have no duty
or obligation to obtain reimbursement for any tax so paid, even '
though on proceeds of insurance or other property not passing
under this Will.
ITEM Ii: I direct the Executors to
pay the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses from -
the property passing under this will as an expense and cost
of administration of my estate. �
ITEM III: I hereby give and bequeath,
absolutely and in fee simple, to my spouse, NORMAN GARRY EBY,
all of my household furniture and furnishings, books, pictures,
jewelry, silverware, automobiles, wearing apparel and all other

policies of insnrance thereon, provided that if my spouse die9

this gift shall lapse or be dive�ted and i make said bequest
to my issue, per stizpes, 2iving at the time of my death, to
be divided among them as they shall agree. If thay cannot aqree
for any reason, my Executor shall make the decision and its
decisian shall be final.
My Executor shall represent any minor chiid in any
division of suah property an8 shall deliver to the person standing
in the place o£ a parent to sueh minor, without bond, such portion
af the minor's share as my Executor, after aonsidering the minor's
wishes, deems appropriate.

of each of my chi2dren, even if snch stepchilBren have nat heen
legally adopted by my child.
ITEM V: (a} 2 devise and bequeath
all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever
nature and wherever situate, toqether with any insnrance policies
thereon, to my spouee, NORMAN GARRY EBY, if he survives me. �
Tf my spause does not survive me, 3 give and devise the residue
of my estate squally to my children, NORMAN GAFtRY EBY, JR. ,
and DEIDRE BERSTET2ER. If aitker of my children gredeceases
me or dies mithin thirty (30) days of the date oE my death,
his or her shara shall be paid to his or her issue, per stirpes.
