KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESBNTS, that I, IRMA L. CORADETTI, presently
resic3ing in Cumberland County, PsnnsyIvarria, do hereby make, declare, and publish this as my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all farmer wills and cadicils heretofore rnade hy me at
any time,
PAYMENT C}F EXPENSES
I. Pavment af Expenses. I direct that my Co-Executors, hereinafter named, shall have
the power, but nat the dnty, to pay ail my just debts, expenses af my ]ast iltness, and funerai
expenses from my estate as soon after my decease as shall be faund convenient. My Co-,
Bxecutors and others in rny family have been advised that I wish to be cremated.�.,� expect that
wish ta be honored and direct my Co-Executors to pay anly such exp�nses as a�relB�cF�to a
funeral and for cremation sarvices,but not any burial expenses. � ° � � �

' III. Persanal and Household Effects: I bequeath my household$Cld persoa�effects'�and
other tangible personalty of like nature(not including cash or securities or the car aksove
mendoned},together with any eatisting insurance ther�n,to such of my cttiidren as are living on
the thirry-first day after my death,ta be divided between them in as nearly equal shares as
pracrical.
I may leave a memorandum setting forth suggestions as to the distribution af certain items
and, while the memorandum is not to be legally binding, I hope the snggestions in it will be
carried oat.
IV. Residuary Estate. I give, devise and beyueath the rest, residue and rernainder of my
estate,whather real, personal or mixed, and of any nature whatsoever and wherever situated to
my children who survive me, in equal shares,but provided that for any child of mine wha has
predeceased me,his or her shaze sha11 be payable to his/her issue,per stirpes.

FTDUCIARIES
V. Executars. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter,PA172ICIA L.
AVERILL,and my son, WILLIAM R. CORADETT'I, as Co-Executors of this my Last Will and
Testament. In the event thai either should predecease,not survive me, ar decline Lhe
appaintment, the ather sha11 serve as sole Executar. If both of tham have predeceased rne or are
unable or unwilling to serve, I appaint my son, JOSEPH L. CORADETTi, as Executor.
VI. Bond. No Executor(Co-Executor) shall be required to give bond or enter security
for the performance of their duties.
ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS
VII. Mana¢ernent Provisions. My Co-Executors shall have, in addiGon to the powers
and authoriry confened upan them by law,the following additional powers and authority:
A. SalULease: To sell at public or private sale,cxchange, lease,mortgage or pledge
any property, real or personal, at any time canstituting a portion of my estate, and apon such
ierms and conditions as they shall deem wise.
B. Invest: To invest any rnoney at any time in such bonds, stocks,notes,real estate,
martgages,life insurance,annuities or other securi#ies, or such property,reat or personat, as my
Co-Executors shall deem wise,without being limited by any statute or nzle of law regazding
investments by an Executor.
C. Retain: Ta retain,without incurring any liability,as investments, any progerty
owned by me at the time of my death, as long as they deem it wise, and even though suoh
graperry is not the kind of property an Executor would puzchase as an investment; and even
though to retain snch property might violate sound diversification principles.
D. Title to Propertv: To cause any security or other property which rnay at any tirne
consdtute a portion of my estate to be issned,held or registered in the Co-Executars' names,ar in
the narne of a norninee, or in such form that title will pass by delivery.
E. Exgenses of Estate: To pay all casts,taxes,charges and e�cpenses in connection
with the administration of my estate.
F. A2locate: To determine what is"Income"and what is"Principal"hereunder, and
their decision thereon shall be final; and to pwchase securities at a premium or discaunt, and to
apply or chazge said premium ar discount against incame or principaI as the Co-Executars may
determine.

G. F3anow: Ta borrow money from any person, firm or carporation, for the
purpc�se of protecting and preserving or impmving my estate hereunder;to execute promissary
notes or athar obligatians for amounts so boaawed.
H. Emolov: To amgioy legal counse2,accountants,bmkers,investrnent advisars,
custadians, managers and other agents and empiayees and to pay them reasonable compensation
out af the funds held hereunder to whioh said carnpensation is attributable.
I. ()ther: To do atl other acts in the Co-Executors'judgment necessary or
desirable far the proper and advantageaus management, inveshnent and distributian of my estate.
VIII. Death Taxes: I direct that all transfer and inheritance taa�es, state or federal,
assessed because of my death, whether the funds,property or insurance proceeds to which such
ta�ces are amibu#able gass under this will or nat, shali be paid out af my residuary estate;that my
Co-Executors pay,or provide for payment of all such taxes at such time, or times, and in such
manner as my Co-Executors deem best.
IX. Tax Options. I authorize my Co-Executors to exercise any optians available in
detertnining and paying death t�es in my estate.
