I, JOAN A. WEAVER, of Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania
(having Post Office address of 6660 Green Corner Road, Chambersburg, PA 17201),
being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, revoke any priar
wills and cadicils and declare this to be my�vill.
My lineal iseue as a£the time of execution of this will cansist of my son, Dean
A. Weaver, and his two ehildren, �7essi,ca S. Weaver (born July 26, 1989} and �7acota
D. Weauer {barn April 3, 1991}, my daughter Shannon M. Shertzer, and my son
James M. Weaver, and his two children, Lindsay R. Weauer (born September 11,
1992) and Wyatt M. Weauer (born June 7, i999).
ITEM I. EXPENSES AN� TAXF.�S. I direct my Personal Representative to
pay all of my just debts, my funeral expenses, and all of my federal, state and other
� death taxes (and anterest and penalties thereon). These payments shaU be made out I
of the principal of my residuary estate {ar ifthexe be no residuary estate, then out af �
my probate assets) just as if they were my debts, and none of thase payments shall
be charged against or reimbursed by any beneficiary.

ITEM II. TANGIBLE PERSt}NAL PRCIPERTY. I give any tangible
personal propertq in the nature of household goods, personal effects and motor
velaicles owned bq me at my death, together with insurance thereon, to such of mq
children as survive me, in as near equal shares as practical. My Personal Repre-
sentative, withoixt further responsibility, may distribute the share of a minor to the
minor or to any person to hold for the minor. To the extent my Personal
Representative deems it to be impractical ar unwise to make distributions in �nd,
my Persanal Representative may sell said assets and make distribution of the
proceeds thereof to or for the benefit of said minor.
IfiEM III. RESiDUARY GIFi`S. I direct tbat the residue af mq estate
shall be divided into equal shares which shall be distributed, subject to thz
provisions of Item N, per stirpes to my lineal issue wha survive me.
ITEM IV. FINANCIAi. GUARDIAN. In the event that any person who is
a beneficiary under this will or who is a beneficiary of inaurance prt�ceeds ox wha is
a beneficiary of other propertq with respect ta which I have power to appoint a
guardian, is under any legal disabiltty (whether due to minpnty, due to mental
incapacity, or otherwise} at the time of distribution, I agpoiat my herein namad
Financial Guazdian ae guardian of the estate of said Iegally disabled beneficiary
and I authorize my said guardian to use such amount or arnounts of income or
principal as shall be necessary, in the sole discretion of my said guardian, for the �

maintenanee, support, medical expenses and education of said beneficiary during
the period of his legal disability.

ITEM V. APPOINTMENT OF FIDUCIARIES. I appoint my children,
Dean A. Weauer, Shannon M. Shertzer, and James M. Weauer, or the survivor or
survivors of them, as Financial Guardians (herein collectively referred to as
"Financial Guardian") of any financial guardianships created hereunder.
I appoint Dean A. Weaver, Shannon M. Shertzer, and James M. Weauer, or
the survivor or survivoxs of them, as Co-Personal Representatives (herein
collectively referred to as "Personal Representative") of my estate.
ITEM VI. NO BOND. I direct that no fiduciary appointed hereunder shall
be required to post bond in this or any other jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, JOAN A. WEAVER, the Testatrix, hereby
