I authorize my personal representative to expend funds from my astate,in such amounts as

I give and bequeath a11 automobiles, household effects and ather tangible personal
property, not includ'zng cash or securiries,owned by me at my death,together with all policies of

expenses of the administratian of the estate.

My personal representative shall have the follawing powers in addition ta those vesteci in
them by law and by other provisions of this Will:
A. To retain any or alt assets of my estate, real or persanal, without regard to any
principle of diversification, risk pr prodnctivity.
B. Ta invest in aiI forms of pmperty as my fiduciary may deem praper,wi#hout z+egard
to any principle of diversificarian, risk or productivity.
C. To purohase investments at a premium or discount.
D. To exercise all rights of a security holder or shareholder in any corporation;to give
gro�es; ta join in any rnerger, cansalidation, r�rganization, voting�st plan, ar
other concerted action of security holders;and ta delegate discretianary dutias with
respectthereto.
E. To sell at public or private sale,to exchasrge or ta lease, for any period of time,any
real or personal properiy, and tn give op6ons for sales, exchanges or leases, for
such prices and upan such ternts ar conditians as my fidueiary deems praper.
F. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal or income, or partly to each, as my
gersonal representative thinks proper.
G. To barrow money&om my corporate fiduciary or others and to martgage or pledge
any real ar personal praperiy as security therefore,in my fiduciary's sale discretian.
H. To cornpromise any clairn or controversy without order of court or consent of any
beneficiacy.
I. To exercise any option, right or privilege granted in insurance palicies or arising
fram ownarship of investments.
