DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW,this 31 st day of October, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
filed by Dana L. Smith, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will
and Testament, which is dated December 23, 2010, and containing certain modifications thereon, the
Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those
modifications and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of
William S. Smith, Sr. including the modifications appearing on the Page 2, ITEM FOUR (1), amending
the percentage from fifty (50%) to sixty (60%) and ITEM FOUR(2) amending the percentage from fifty
percent (50%) to forty percent(40%) are admitted to probate as they are initialed by the testator.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Dana L. Smith this
date. Dana L. Smith shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania
and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
