The West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by its Solicitor, Martson Law
Offices, hereby files its claim for mowing and clean -up services against the real estate hereinafter
described and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is West Pennsboro Township, of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to
ordinances of West Pennsboro Township.

The names of the owners or reputed owners of the property against which this claim is filed are
Kenwood W. Losh, deceased, and Susan K. Losh, 205 Alters Road, Carlisle, PA 17015.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 205 Alters Road, Carlisle, PA 17015.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed, is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid mowing and clean-up services fees against the above - described
property in the amount of $1,170.45, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above - mentioned fees until paid in full.

of the second part;

Witnesseth, that in consideration of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY -THREE
THOUSAND and 00 /100 ($183,000.00) DOLLARS, in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said
grantees their heirs and assigns;
All that certain tract of land situate in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a plan recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 41,
Page 10, as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a nail and cap set in the centerline of T-483, Alters Road, at lands
now or formerly of Wdred- W. Deitch; thence along the centerline of T-483,
Alters Road, South 74 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West, 150.00 feet to a nail
and cap in the centerline of T -483, Alters Road; thence along lands now or
formerly of George R White and Dolores M White, North 09 degrees 12 minutes
42 seconds West, 226.34 feet to an iron pin; thence still along lands now or
formerly of George and Dolores White, North 74 degrees 33 minutes East, 150.00

BEING Lot No. 2 on the above mentioned Plot Plan.
BEING KNOWN as Parcel No. 46-07- 0473 -006A
BEING the same premises which Tammy L. Sheesley, single person, by Deed
dated June 23, 1999 and recorded September 16, 1999 in Cumberland County in
Deed Book 207, Page 950, granted and conveyed unto Ross H. Ernest and Linda
M. Ernest, husband and wife.
The Scrivener of this deed is in no way certifying the status of title of the above premises
and has not searched the records pertaining thereto.
THE GRANTORS HEREIN STATE THAT THE HEREINABOVE DESCRIBED
PROPERTY IS NOT PRESENTLY BEING USED FOR THE DISPOSAL OF
HAZARDOUS WASTE, NOR TO THE BEST OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE,
INFORMATION AND BELIEF HAS IT EVER BEEN USED FOR THE DISPOSAL OF
HAZARDOUS WASTE. THIS STATEMENT IS MADE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT ACT, NO. 1980 -97, SECTION 405.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rer4 issues and profits thereof, AND ALSO all the estate, right, title, interest,
property, claim and demand whatsoever, both in law and equity, of the Grantors, of, in, to
or out of the said premises, and every part and parcel thereof.
TO Have and t0 Hold the said premises, with all and singular the appurtenances,
unto the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of
the Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever.
Arid the said Grantors, their heirs, executors, and administrators, do by these presents,
covenant, grant and agree to and with the Grantees, their heirs and assigns, that the said
Grantors, their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described
and granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances unto the said
Grantees, their heirs and assigns, against the said Grantors, their heirs, and against all and
every other person or persons, whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any
part thereof, shall and will, by these presents, WARRANT AND SPECIALLY FOREVER
DEFEND the property hereby conveyed.
