AND NOW,this 6th day of November, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition for
Grant of Letters filed by Christopher T. Espenshade, for the above decedent and the
instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament of Constance M. Espenshade,
which is dated February 15, 2009, and signed on each page but not at the end of the
document, and the document dated July 23, 2011, the Register of Wills having given
consideration thereto, has made an official determination and renders the following
decision:
IT IS DECREED that Pages #1-3 and the writing appearing before the testator's
signature on Page #4 of the document dated February 15, 2009, is admitted to probate. All
writing appearing after the testator's signature on Page #4 are not admitted to probate. The
document dated July 23, 2011, is also admitted to probate, as written, as a Codicil to the
Last Will and Testament of Constance M. Espenshade.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that the Petitioner shall post surety bond in the
amount of$6,000.00 in the name of the Commonwealth. Pursuant to Cumberland
County Local Rule 359, any corporation acting as surety shall have filed in the office
of the Prothonotary, a copy of its last annual statement to the Insurance Commissioner
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Upon proper filing the Bond of Personal
Representative, Letters Testamentary shall be granted to Christopher T. Espenshade.
