Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of Township Road No. T-647, locally known as
"Milltown Road", said point being located 80 feet measured Eastwardly along said line from the
Eastern line of Township Road No. 652 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots;
thence North eleven (11) degrees thirty (30) minutes West along the Easterly line of Lot No. 20,

the 13th day of June, 2014, he did serve upon Jill L. Perlick n/k/a Jill Sterner, Lower Allen
Township Authority, Milan Perlick, New Century Mortgage Corporation, PA Department of
Revenue and Singer Equipment Company, and on the 25th day of July, 2014 upon Select Portfolio
Servicing, all parties in interest in the foregoing case, a true and correct copy of the Notice of Sale
