Mbereao, The Rutt Family Sonshine Limited Partnership, hereinafter called the Owner, is about to execute
contemporaneously, with Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. of 227 Granite Run Drive, Suite 100, Lancaster, PA 17601,
hereinafter . called the Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot
of ground known as 516 Mulberry Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, Lot 5 Foxwood Estates, Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which The Rutt Family Sonshine, LP is the title
holder of record, as more particularly described in Deed Book , Page ; and
Pow, WV V �I. l 013 — at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract,
and before any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or
improvement, to purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of
said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub - contractor or material
man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said
parties shall file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
Tbig stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended,

91.54' to a point; thence continuing along lot 6 S55- 29 -26E a distance of 237.25' to a point being the lands N/F Silver
Spring Township, Deed Book 223, Page 1128; thence along said lands S20- 31 -04W a distance of 39.79' to a point; thence
along same lands S24- 06 -04W a distance of 62.42' to a point; thence along lot 4 N55- 29 -26W a distance of 377.34' to a
point, being the place of beginning.
