Vfjerea5, The Rutt Family Sonshine Limited Partnership, hereinafter called the Owner, is about to execute
contemporaneously with Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. of 227 Granite Run Drive, Suite 100, Lancaster, PA 17601,
hereinafter called the Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING .upon the lot
of ground known as 1 Hunt Place, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, Lot 28 Foxwood, Silver Spring Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which The Rutt Family Sonshine Limited Partnership is the title
holder of record, as more particularly described in Deed Book ' Page _ ;and
- Qotn, �Ylm 3( 2 at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract,
and before any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or
improvement, to purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of
said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub - contractor or material
man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said
parties shall file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
T1ji5 stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended,

All that certain lot or tract of ground situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland
County, PA, more particularly bounded and described as follows to wit:
Beginning at a point on the northern right -of -way line of Hunt Place at the southwest
corner of Lot #27; thence along said right -of -way line and a cul -de -sac easement N54-
57-27W 116.33 feet to a point at lands N/F of David T. Pipher, Deed Book 14W, Page
314; thence along said lands, said easement and a drainage easement N35- 23 -54E
179.83 feet to a point being the southwest corner of Lot #16; thence along Lot #16
and Lot #17 and through said drainage easement S55- 20 -27E 116.34 feet to a point
being the northwest corner of Lot #27; thence along Lot #27 and through said
drainage easement S35- 23 -52W 180.60 feet to a point, being the place of beginning.
Containing 16,989 square feet. (0.39 acres)
Being Lot #28 on a Preliminary Final Subdivision Plan for Foxwood, prepared by R. J.
Fisher and Associates, Inc., recorded in Plan Book 90, Page 18.
