AND NOW,this 7`h day of November, 2013,upon consideration of the above objections, and the
current auditor in the above-captioned estate,who has recently filed his final auditor's report,
Joseph D Buckley, Esq.,having indicated to the court that he does not wish to be further
appointed to serve in that capacity with respect to the above objections,Anthony L. DeLuca, Esq,
113 Front Street, Boiling Springs,PA 17007 (telephone: 717-258-6844) is appointed auditor as to
the siad objections and is directed to conduct a hearing and file a report in the capacity in
accordance with the Cumberland County Orphan's Court Rules.
