The Second and Interim Account (the "AccounY') of the Westminster Cemetery Inc. d/b/a
Westminster Cemetery Permanent Lot Care Fund Trust, Settlor, as stated by PNC Bank, N.A.,
Trustee, has been filed with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas
of Cumberland County and will be presented for audit before that Court on Tuesday, January 14,
2014 at the Cumberland County Courthouse, 1 Courthouse Square, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and will
be confirmed on that date.
The Account has been filed due to the passage of time and in accordance with 9 Pa. Con.
Stat. § 308 (a). The trust continues in perpetuity. The Accountant will request the court to review
the transactions in the Account and the disbursements made pursuant to the terms of the trust, and
will request the court to award the balance of the trust back to the trustee for further administration

as directed in the trust and as provided herein. In addition, the Accountant has requested the Court
approve the payrnent of filing fees in the amount of$265 from the principal of the Trust.
Pursuant to rules of court, notices are being sent to those having an interest in the trust. It
will not be necessary for you to appear or to have a lawyer appear on your behalf at the audit unless
you have matters or objections to present to the court with respect to the administration of the trust,
transactions in the Account, including the trustee's compensation, payment of counsel fees, and the
proposed distributions. If you do have matters or objections to present, you must file written
objections in conformity with local rules prior to the audit or appear in person or by counsel at the
audit under penalty that the court may otherwise assume that you have no objections and it may
approve the trustee's Account, administration of the trust, and compensation, and award the
balance of the trust to the trustee for further administration as provided by the trust agreement and
as prdvided herein.
