The Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claims against Gregary L.
Drake, Larry W. Brenneman, Robert S. Bolash and Keith A. Bolash and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in
the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known generally as 320 South Frederick Street,
Mechanicsburg, with a tax parcel number 16 -24- 0787 -046 and more specifically described in Exhibit A attached and
having thereon erected a house.
For curb and sidewalk repairs for 320 South Frederick Street: $11,458.00
Together with an additional ten percent (10 %) penalty: $1,145.80
Solicitor filing fee: $125.00
Total: $12,728.80
Together with court filing costs and interest sec. leR. from June 27, 2013, the date of completion of the
work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United States mail, postage
prepaid, at the owner's address at 320 South Frederick Street in Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 on February 13, 2013, as
shown in Exhibit B attached. The said services were provided by the Borough of Mechanicsburg and the charge levied
therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.O. 1655 (1965), No. 581,
Section 1801 e sea.. 53 P.S. Section 46801 et. seq., Ordinance 892, Part 4 of Chapter 21 and /or Part 9 of Chapter 1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Mec44 icsburg.

258, in the Office of the Reorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, granted and conveyed unto
Albert B. Rutherford, Grantor herein.
AND BEING THE SAME PREM118ES for which the said Albert B. Rutherford, by an
Installment Sales Agreement dated .kale 1, 1999 and recorded on .tune 9, 1999 in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, granted equitable We unto
Bradley E. Willis and Peter T. Adams, Grantors herein.
TOGETHER with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, streets, alleys,
passages, waters, watercourses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances
whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the reversions and
remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, property,
claim and demand whatsoever of them, the said Grantors, in law, equity, or otherwise
howsoever, of, in, to or out of the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said lot or piece of ground above described, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, hoax taments and premises hereby granted or
mentioned, and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantsss, their heirs
and assigns, to and for the only proper use and betwof of the said Granbes, their heirs and
assigns, forever.
And the said Grantors hereby onvenant and agree that they will warrant specially the
property hereby conveyed.
The said Bradley E. Willis and Peter T. Adams join in this deed to convey all right title
and interest in the above described real estate acquired by virtue of the above referenced
Installment Safes Agreement. Elaine G. Rutherford, wife of Albert B. Rutherford, Harriet Willis,
wife of Bradley E. Willis and Angela K. Adams, wife of Peter T. Adams join in this Deed to
convey any and all interest in the above described reef estate which they may have by reason of
marriage.

Invoice for sidewalk and curb replacement at 320 Frederick Street Mechanicsburg 11 458.00
PA., as discussed with Mr Drake, and Mr Foster. '
Remove and replace curb along Coover Street side of property. New curb is approx
156 Lf. including radius curbs at both ends.
New curbs are to meet all borough requirement. Curb heights are to be established
by the borough zoning officer. Curb area at the garage door is to be depressed to
allow access.
Price includes all saw cutting, and replacement of pavement as required.
Total cost for curb :156' @$39.00 per Lf. Total $6,084.00
Remove approx 5' wide area from existing brick to allow area for new concrete
sidewalk
New sidewalk is to be approx 4' wide x 136'. Price includes approximately 100 Sq
ft area at the corner of Frederick and Coover to allow for placement of a two
directional ADA ramp with domed mats as required.
Price includes all expansion joints, and one application of concrete sealer.
Total cost for sidewalk @ $8.50 Per sq ft. $5,374..00
Total cost for project. $11,458.00
No provisions are estimated for height difference from the existing brick pavers to
the new concrete sidewalk.
Any additional charges must be approved by the borough zoning officer.
