AND NOW, come Petitioners Melissa A. Dixon and Jason M. Dixon, by and through
their attorneys, Baric Scherer LLC, and file the within Motion to Make Rule Absolute and, in
support thereof, set forth the following:
1. Petitioners filed the above-captioned Petition on July 30, 2013.
2. By Rule dated August 5, 2013, the Honorable Christylee L. Peck directed Ronnie
G. Raney to show cause why the relief requested should not be granted within 20 days of service.
A true and correct copy of the Rule, indicating service upon Ronnie G. Raney, is attached hereto
as "Exhibit A" and is incorporated.
3. As of November 13, 2013, no answer has been filed by Ronnie G. Raney.
4. A copy of the proposed order originally attached to the above-captioned petition
is attached hereto as "Exhibit B."
5. A corresponding Motion to Make Rule Absolute is being simultaneously filed to
the related Estate of Luanne M. Preece, No. 2012-00587.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners respectfully request the Rule be made absolute and the Court
enter an Order granting the relief previously requested, as indicated by the attached proposed
order.
